Strawberry-Almond Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3 Tbsp creamy almond butter
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Whisk together yogurt and almond butter in a bowl until smooth. Spoon into 4 bowls or containers. Top with strawberries and almonds.
