Basil-Blue Cheese Butter Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb top sirloin steak
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ½ (4-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (or use 1 tsp dried)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, covered, 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Cover with foil, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Cut into 3 portions.
- Grill asparagus, covered, 2 to 4 minutes or until tender.
- Stir together butter, cheese, and basil. Dollop blue cheese butter on steaks and asparagus.

- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Sprinkle tomato slices with salt and pepper; drizzle with vinaigrette.
