Italian Chicken Sausage with Breakfast Greens

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked Italian chicken sausage, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 12 oz chopped kale
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Cook sausage in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and thoroughly heated.
- Remove sausage, and set aside, reserving drippings in pot.
- Add kale, broth, lemon juice, soy sauce, and red pepper to hot drippings. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until kale is wilted, stirring often. Serve kale with sausage.
