Maple-Mustard Pork Chops
Roasted Brussels Sprouts and ApplesIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, center cut pork loin chops
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ cup organic chicken broth
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme, divided
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with garlic salt and pepper. Cook, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done; remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Add broth, syrup, mustard, lemon juice, and 2 tsp thyme; bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over pork; sprinkle with 1 tsp thyme.

- 2 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 Gala apples, sliced
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until browned, stirring once.
