Strawberry-Avocado Cobb Salad
French Steak Rolls
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed ham, drained
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced smoked turkey, chopped
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Place eggs in a single layer in a small saucepan. Add water to cover; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
- Drain; run cold water over eggs. Peel and cut eggs in quarters.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Arrange lettuce on 6 plates; top with ham, turkey, bacon, avocados, strawberries, and eggs. Drizzle with vinaigrette.

- 3 Tbsp butter
