Cinnamon Crunch Bagel French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups crushed cinnamon crunch cereal
  • 1 (6-count) pkg cinnamon-swirl bagels, halved
  • 8 Tbsp butter, divided
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-oz) bottle pancake syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk in a shallow dish. Place crushed cereal in a separate dish.
  2. Dip bagel halves in egg mixture, letting excess drip off. Dredge in cereal to coat.
  3. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add 3 bagel halves, and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter and bagels.
  4. Divide crunchy bagels among 6 plates. Sprinkle with sugar and serve with syrup.

  • 1 (9.6-oz) pkg fully-cooked pork sausage patties
  • 1 lb seedless grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat sausage according to package directions.
  2. Serve sausage and grapes on the side.
