Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use cod)
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • ½ lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and chives. Place fish on foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, combine yogurt and capers. Serve fish with sauce and lemon wedges.
