Teriyaki Pork Chops
Green Beans and Macaroni and CheeseIngredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 2 (1-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, and ginger in a bowl. Place pork chops in a zip-top plastic bag; pour marinade over pork. Seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill pork, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 (21-oz) carton refrigerated macaroni and cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions; toss with butter and season to taste.
- Heat macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
