Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 (1-inch-thick) boneless pork chops

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, and ginger in a bowl. Place pork chops in a zip-top plastic bag; pour marinade over pork. Seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Grill pork, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (21-oz) carton refrigerated macaroni and cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions; toss with butter and season to taste.
  2. Heat macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
