Ingredients

  • ½ cup crunchy almond butter
  • 8 (1-oz) slices whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 Tbsp almond butter over each bread slice. Top 4 slices with bananas and strawberries; cover with remaining bread, almond butter sides down.

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve carrots with dressing.
