Ranch Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches
Crispy Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in Ranch mix, broth, and sour cream. Cook until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened.
- Preheat broiler. Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place on a baking sheet, and broil until toasted.
- Serve meat mixture on buns with cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon zest.
- Heat green beans according to package directions.
- Toss together green beans and panko mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
