Ranch Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in Ranch mix, broth, and sour cream. Cook until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened.
  2. Preheat broiler. Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place on a baking sheet, and broil until toasted.
  3. Serve meat mixture on buns with cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon zest.
  2. Heat green beans according to package directions.
  3. Toss together green beans and panko mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
