Chicken Sausage and Grits Bowls

Ingredients
- ¾ cup quick-cooking grits
- ⅓ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 (3-oz) fully cooked apple-chicken sausage links, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare grits according to package directions. Stir in cheese and garlic salt until blended.
- Sauté tomatoes in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until softened. Add sausage; sauté 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in green onions.
- Spoon 1 cup grits onto each of 4 plates. Spoon sausage mixture over grits.
