Chicken, Bacon, and Zesty Ranch Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (9-oz) bottle zesty ranch sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  2. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot drippings in skillet over medium heat until done. Thinly slice.
  3. Unroll pizza doughs, and press onto two lightly greased large baking sheets. Sprinkle with cheeses, chicken, and bacon.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust are golden brown. Drizzle with dressing.
