Beef Nachos with Queso Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ (11.5-oz) pkg nacho cheese tortilla chips
- ½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 (15-oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (9-oz) bottle creamy queso sauce
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
- ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Spread chips on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in cumin and beans. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon beef mixture over chips.
- Heat queso sauce according to package directions; pour over beef mixture. Top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with sour cream.
