Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- ½ (14.1-oz) pkg round Artisan thin pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce (or use marinara sauce)
- 1 (8-oz) ball sliced fresh mozzarella cheese, halved
- ½ small red onion, cut into very thin slivers
- 1 cup orange or yellow grape tomatoes
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, torn or cut into slivers
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, top crust with pizza sauce. Top with sliced mozzarella cheese. Add red onion. Sprinkle with tomatoes and crushed red pepper. Increase oven temperature to 450°F.
- Bake pizza directly on oven rack 8 to 10 minutes. Top with shrimp and basil.
