Ground Beef Chopped Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 6 slices bacon
- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 avocados, chopped
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Mix beef and steak seasoning; shape into 4 large thin patties. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink; cool and coarsely crumble.
- Cook bacon in same skillet until crisp; drain and crumble bacon.
- Combine lettuce, crumbled hamburger, bacon, avocado, and cheese in a bowl.
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, and mustard. Drizzle over salad; toss.
