Ground Beef Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix beef and steak seasoning; shape into 4 large thin patties. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink; cool and coarsely crumble.
  2. Cook bacon in same skillet until crisp; drain and crumble bacon.
  3. Combine lettuce, crumbled hamburger, bacon, avocado, and cheese in a bowl.
  4. Whisk together vinegar, oil, and mustard. Drizzle over salad; toss.
