Sesame-Crusted Seared Tuna

Ingredients

  • ½ lb tuna fillets
  • ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with soy sauce. Place both sesame seeds in a shallow dish; coat fish with sesame seeds. Season fish with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Cook fish in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
  3. Cut fish into cubes; serve over Hawaiian Cauliflower Rice Bowls recipe.

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ (4-oz) pkg watercress
  • ½ cup sliced English cucumber
  • 3 Tbsp sesame-ginger dressing
  • ½ cup sliced avocado

  2. Combine watercress, cucumber, and dressing.
