Sesame-Crusted Seared Tuna
Hawaiian Cauliflower Rice BowlsIngredients
- ½ lb tuna fillets
- ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with soy sauce. Place both sesame seeds in a shallow dish; coat fish with sesame seeds. Season fish with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Cook fish in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Cut fish into cubes; serve over Hawaiian Cauliflower Rice Bowls recipe.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower rice
- ½ (4-oz) pkg watercress
- ½ cup sliced English cucumber
- 3 Tbsp sesame-ginger dressing
- ½ cup sliced avocado

- Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions.
- Combine watercress, cucumber, and dressing.
