Crunchy Shrimp Barbecue-Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (12-oz) pkg tortilla chips
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Toss together lettuce, beans, corn, cheese, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Stir together dressing and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
- Divide tortilla chips among 6 plates; arrange salad mixture over chips. Top with crispy shrimp, and drizzle with dressing.
