Chicken Club Patty Melts
Sweet Potato Chips and GrapesIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 12 slices sandwich bread
- 12 slices American cheese
- 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen grilled and ready chicken breast strips, thawed
- 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- ½ cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bacon in a single layer on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
- Layer chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and pickles over half of bread. Cover with remaining bread, cheese side down.
- Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

- 1 lb seedless red grapes
