Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen grilled and ready chicken breast strips, thawed
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • ½ cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bacon in a single layer on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
  3. Layer chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and pickles over half of bread. Cover with remaining bread, cheese side down.
  4. Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg sweet potato chips
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes
