Broccoli Rice Bowls
Brown Basmati RiceIngredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen veggie crumbles
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Instructions
- Cook crumbles in hot oil according to package directions, adding garlic during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Meanwhile, microwave broccoli according to package directions.
- Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli to skillet. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thoroughly heated. Serve over Brown Basmati Rice recipe .
