Broccoli Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen veggie crumbles
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook crumbles in hot oil according to package directions, adding garlic during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli to skillet. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thoroughly heated. Serve over Brown Basmati Rice recipe .
