Friday Night Pizza Rolls
Seasoned French FriesIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (6-count) pkg sub rolls
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in pasta sauce and seasoning; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Preheat broiler. Split rolls lengthwise, cutting to but not through bottom. Place on a baking sheet, and broil until toasted.
- Fill toasted rolls with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Broil just until cheese is melted.
