Easy Ham and Broccoli Pot Pie
Carrot Sticks and Dip and Sliced ApplesIngredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (15-oz) can corn, well drained
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cooked cubed ham, drained
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
- 1 (7-oz) pouch biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Steam broccoli according to package directions; chop into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Stir in corn, ham, soup, sour cream, and cheese; spoon into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for drop biscuits. Spoon biscuits by tablespoonfuls over filling in dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are done and filling is hot and bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 1 cup French onion dip
- 3 crisp red apples, cored and sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Peel carrots, and cut into 2-inch sticks; serve with dip.
- Serve apples on the side.
