Meatball Baked Ziti
Romaine-Spinach Ranch SaladIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup panko
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cups ziti
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine beef, panko, garlic salt, and egg in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on a lightly greased rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and place in a large bowl. Sir in pasta sauce, seasoning, and meatballs. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- 1 (10.25-oz) pkg country Ranch salad kit (such as Dole)
- 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach

- Prepare salad as directed on package. Add spinach; toss.
