Teriyaki Steak Noodle Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 2 lb top sirloin steak, cut into (1-inch) cubes
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1½ cups shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1⅓ cups teriyaki sauce
  • 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting flavor packets.
  2. Meanwhile, season steak lightly with salt and pepper. Cook steak in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned; remove from skillet.
  3. Cook broccoli, and carrots in 1 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.  Stir in steak, garlic powder, peas, and teriyaki sauce.
  4. Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated; stir in noodles and sesame seeds.
