White Barbecue Smoked Sausage Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 cup white barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread ½ cup barbecue sauce on dough. Top with mozzarella, sausage, onion, and tomatoes.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg romaine salad mix
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
