White Barbecue Smoked Sausage Pizza
Romaine Salad with Seasoned CroutonsIngredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 cup white barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread ½ cup barbecue sauce on dough. Top with mozzarella, sausage, onion, and tomatoes.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

- 1 (18-oz) pkg romaine salad mix
- 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
