Grilled Greek Burgers with Feta Dip
Parmesan-Roasted Asparagus and Sliced Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef, spinach, panko, eggs, and Greek seasoning. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Meanwhile, stir together cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill in a bowl. Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon into cheese mixture; stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve Feta Dip with patties.

- 2 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with oil on a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season lightly with salt and pepper; sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve asparagus and sliced tomatoes with burgers.
