Ingredients

  • 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup refrigerated tzatziki sauce
  • 1 English cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Stir together tuna, onion, mayonnaise, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, and tomatoes. Fold in cheese and olives.
  2. Combine spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl; toss. Divide among 4 plates, and top with tuna salad.
