Greek Tzatziki Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup refrigerated tzatziki sauce
- 1 English cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 3 cups baby spinach
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Instructions
- Stir together tuna, onion, mayonnaise, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, and tomatoes. Fold in cheese and olives.
- Combine spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl; toss. Divide among 4 plates, and top with tuna salad.
