Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, halved
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed berries
  • 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Stevia

Instructions

  1. Process avocados, berries, coconut milk, lemon juice, and desired amount of stevia in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Stir in enough water to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses.
