Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh raspberries (or use blueberries)
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast coconut and nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Divide yogurt among 4 bowls. Top with berries, coconut mixture, and chia seeds.
