Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries (or use blueberries)
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast coconut and nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
  2. Divide yogurt among 4 bowls. Top with berries, coconut mixture, and chia seeds.
