Cheesy Tomato-Spinach Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) ball bakery pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 5 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes (see Note), sliced
  • 1½ cups shredded Italian-blend cheese
  • ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Press pizza dough onto bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 15-x 10-inch rimmed baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Bake 10 minutes.
  2. Top partially-baked crust with pesto, spinach, tomatoes, and both cheeses. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
