Bacon-Barbecue Burgers
Onion RingsIngredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 slices colby-Jack cheese
- 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until almost crisp. Drain, and place in a large bowl; cool slightly.
- Add beef and seasoning to partially cooked bacon, and stir until blended; shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; cook 1 minute or until melted.
- Serve cheese topped patties on buns with barbecue sauce.

- 1 (16-oz) bag frozen onion rings

- Prepare onion rings according to package directions.
- Serve onion rings with burgers.
