Caesar Shrimp Wraps
Ingredients
- 1½ lb peeled, medium-size raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ⅔ cup Caesar dressing
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or just until pink.
- Divide shrimp, tomatoes, cheese, and dressing among lettuce leaves.
