Ingredients

  • 1½ lb peeled, medium-size raw shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ⅔ cup Caesar dressing
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or just until pink.
  2. Divide shrimp, tomatoes, cheese, and dressing among lettuce leaves.
