Nacho-Cheese Chicken Tenders
Taco Fries and Melon-Grape TossIngredients
- ½ (10-oz) bag nacho-cheese flavored tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ Tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- ½ (9-oz) bottle zesty ranch sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place crushed chips in a shallow dish.
- Whisk eggs in a separate shallow dish. Stir together flour, chili powder and salt in a third shallow dish.
- Coat chicken in flour mixture, gently shaking off excess. Dip chicken in beaten eggs to coat; dredge in crushed chips, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place chicken on a lightly greased rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Serve with creamy queso sauce for dipping.

- ½ (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ½ honeydew, cubed
- ½ lb seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake fries in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet until crispy; toss with oil and seasoning mix.
- Toss together honeydew and grapes in a large bowl.
- Serve fries and fruit alongside chicken tenders.
