Grilled Flank Steak Tacos
Cilantro-Lime Rice and Orange Slices
Ingredients
- ¾ lb flank steak
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (12.5-oz) box soft-taco dinner kit
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Instructions
- Combine flank steak, oil, half of seasoning packet (from kit), and lime juice in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 1 day.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill steak, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes; thinly slice across the grain.
- Warm tortillas (from kit) according to package directions. Serve steak and cheese in warm tortillas with sauce (from kit), if desired.

- 1 (6-oz) pkg cilantro-lime rice mix (such as Rice-a-Roni)
- 1 orange, sectioned

- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Serve orange sections alongside tacos.
