Cheesy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • 1½ lb chicken breast strips (about 12)
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken tenderloin; sprinkle with cheese. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onions.

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam green beans according to package directions, cooking the minimum time.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté green beans 3 minutes; sprinkle with salt.
