Basil Pesto Ravioli with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 to 1½ cups pesto
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, sauté bell peppers in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
- Toss ravioli with bell peppers and desired amount of pesto in a large bowl. Toss with hot baked shrimp. Sprinkle with cheese.
