Asian Shrimp Bowls
Easy Cauli-RiceIngredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ (8-oz) pkg snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- ⅓ cup orange sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook shrimp in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Remove shrimp, and keep warm.
- Add carrots, snow peas, and bell pepper to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add sauce and shrimp; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring to coat. Serve over Easy Cauli-Rice recipe.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Stir in salt and pepper.
