Garlic Butter Steak
Sweet Potato FriesIngredients
- 1½ lb flank steak (or use skirt steak)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 6 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat steak dry on both sides; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium, and melt butter in same skillet. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve steak with garlic butter; sprinkle with parsley.
