Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb flank steak (or use skirt steak)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 6 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat steak dry on both sides; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, and melt butter in same skillet. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
  3. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve steak with garlic butter; sprinkle with parsley.

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
