Buffalo Chicken Wings
Bibb Lettuce with Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients
- 3½ lb frozen chicken wings
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- ⅔ cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange frozen wings on a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt; toss to coat.
- Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake 35 minutes. Brush with ⅓ cup sauce; bake 15 minutes longer.
- Stir together ⅓ cup sauce and butter. Toss with wings before serving.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 6 Tbsp buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill (or use ½ tsp dried dill)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 2 heads Bibb lettuce, torn
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and shallot in a bowl. Add lettuce; toss.
