Mandarin Chicken and Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 head leaf lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup sliced almonds 
  • 8 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken, lettuce, coleslaw, oranges, nuts, and green onions; toss.
