Mexican Tortilla Pizzas

Ingredients
- ¾ cup refried beans (or use refried black beans)
- 4 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- ⅔ cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- ¼ cup red enchilada sauce
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat 400°F. Spread beans on 2 tortillas on a baking sheet; sprinkle with ⅓ cup cheese. Top with 2 tortillas. Spread enchilada sauce on tortilla stacks; top with ⅓ cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Top with tomato, olives, and onion.
