Sloppy Joe Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp plain yellow cornmeal
  • 2 (11-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 cups cooked plant-based beef mixture (from Sloppy Joe-Topped Mashed Potatoes recipe)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Sprinkle 2 baking sheets with cornmeal. Unroll pizza dough, and place over cornmeal.
  3. Divide plant-based beef mixture between dough, spreading in an even layer. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (22.25-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare salad according to package directions; toss with tomatoes.
