Sloppy Joe Pizza
Caesar SaladIngredients
- 2 Tbsp plain yellow cornmeal
- 2 (11-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 cups cooked plant-based beef mixture (from Sloppy Joe-Topped Mashed Potatoes recipe)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Sprinkle 2 baking sheets with cornmeal. Unroll pizza dough, and place over cornmeal.
- Divide plant-based beef mixture between dough, spreading in an even layer. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.

- 1 (22.25-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare salad according to package directions; toss with tomatoes.
