Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1¾ lb frozen chicken wings
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange frozen wings on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, and toss until coated; spread wings in a single layer.
  2. Bake 35 minutes. Brush 3 Tbsp wing sauce onto wings; bake 15 minutes longer.
  3. Stir together remaining wing sauce and melted butter. Toss with wings before serving.

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp buttermilk
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp finely minced shallot
  • 1 head Bibb lettuce, torn

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, dill, pepper, and shallot in a bowl. Add lettuce; toss.
