Buffalo Chicken Wings
Bibb Lettuce with Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients
- 1¾ lb frozen chicken wings
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange frozen wings on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, and toss until coated; spread wings in a single layer.
- Bake 35 minutes. Brush 3 Tbsp wing sauce onto wings; bake 15 minutes longer.
- Stir together remaining wing sauce and melted butter. Toss with wings before serving.

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp buttermilk
- 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp finely minced shallot
- 1 head Bibb lettuce, torn
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, dill, pepper, and shallot in a bowl. Add lettuce; toss.
