Ranch Pork Chops

- 2 (6-oz) thick, boneless pork chops
- 2¼ tsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle chops on both sides with dressing mix. Cook in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until browned and done.

- ½ red onion, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
- ½ red bell pepper, quartered
- ½ lb zucchini, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat. Toss together oil, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in a large bowl; sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- Arrange vegetables in a single layer on grill. Grill, covered, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until crisp-tender.
