Grilled Buffalo Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 hard-cooked egg, cut into wedges
- 3 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 6 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub chicken with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Grill chicken, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done. Cut crosswise into strips, and toss with wing sauce.
- Place lettuce on a platter; top with chicken, egg, cheese, and carrots over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
