Ingredients
- ½ cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- 1½ lb chicken breast tenderloins (about 12)
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken tenderloin; sprinkle with Parmesan. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onions.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt

- Steam green beans according to package directions, cooking the minimum time.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté green beans 3 minutes; sprinkle with salt.
