Fish Tacos with Citrus Slaw

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen breaded fish fillets
  • 2 cups tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp adobo sauce
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 avocados, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake fish according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine coleslaw, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Stir together mayonnaise and adobo sauce.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Divide fish among tortillas. Top with coleslaw mixture, avocado, and flavored mayonnaise.
