Ingredients

  • 2 (1-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (9-oz) bottle salsa verde sauce

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with seasoning and oil. Cook pork in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Serve pork with salsa verde sauce.
