Tex-Mex Pork Chops
Green Chile Black Beans and Mexican RiceIngredients
- 2 (1-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (9-oz) bottle salsa verde sauce
Instructions
- Rub pork with seasoning and oil. Cook pork in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Serve pork with salsa verde sauce.
