Bacon-Wrapped Crunchy Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 frozen Parmesan-crusted fish fillets
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each frozen fish fillet.
  2. Stir together brown sugar and paprika; sprinkle over bacon-wrapped fillets. Place on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 1 Gala apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 (16-oz) can baked beans

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and apple; toss and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat beans according to package directions.
