Bacon-Wrapped Crunchy Fish Fillets
Crunchy Apple Coleslaw and Baked BeansIngredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 frozen Parmesan-crusted fish fillets
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each frozen fish fillet.
- Stir together brown sugar and paprika; sprinkle over bacon-wrapped fillets. Place on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 Gala apple, cored and chopped
- 1 (16-oz) can baked beans
