Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Unroll dough, and press into a 15- x 10-inch rectangle on a lightly greased baking sheet; spread with barbecue sauce.
  3. Top with beef mixture, cheese, crumbled bacon, and tomatoes. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
  4. Toss together lettuce and dressing in a bowl; top pizza with lettuce before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ honeydew, halved
  • ¼ lb seedless grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Remove seeds, and cut honeydew into cubes; toss with grapes.
