Peach-Yogurt Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 (6-oz) containers low-fat peach yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup sliced almonds 
  • Chopped fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process peaches, milk, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. .
  2. Divide smoothie among 4 serving bowls. Top with berries, fresh peach, nuts, and mint, if using.
